3. Delivery Fees
Delivery charges apply to all deliveries, including exchanges.
If a product is exchanged due to a defect, the replacement will be delivered at no additional charge.

4. Addresses & Amendments
Delivery will be made only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Address amendments may cause shipping delays; we will always do our best to minimize them.
5. Unsuccessful Delivery & Redelivery
After three delivery attempts; the parcel will be returned to Levi and Dili.
We are happy to redeliver your order as long as it is prepaid.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, redelivery will be arranged once payment is settled via bank transfer.
6. Special Dispatch Requests
On request, we can delay dispatch for your convenience, provided the order is prepaid and has not already been dispatched.
